This recipe has recently become one of my favorite ways of eating avocados. They are a healthy source of good fats along with being a fantastic addition to nachos, tacos or even a simple burger.
Ingredients
1-2 ripe avocados - cut into cubes
1 jalapeno - seeded and diced
1 small onion diced
1 clove of garlic diced
Salt to taste
Lemon juice to taste
Instructions
In a bowl combined diced onions, garlic, jalapeno and cubed avocado.
Lightly mix together as you add salt and lemon juice.
Allow it to "juice" together for 30 minutes in the refrigerator before using.
Add it to your creations and enjoy!
If you want less spicy only use ½ a jalapeno. If you desire more spice leave the seeds!
